"Super bad experience - sewer tank was overflowing potty & urine everywhere smelling very bad, many bed bugs in the room couldn't sleep, blood stains in the bed and pillow, dirtiest mattress I have ever seen, and the toilet were full of stains. It's like a super shady lodge. I have attached a pic for reference. And when I asked the manager he was helpless to do anything and did nothing."

"The property seemed to be still under construction. Equipment in Common Amenity Room like Carrom Board was of pure quality. Other table games were miniature, low-end versions. Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"
