Nearby: communal playground on site, shops in the village (bread depot, butcher-grocery store, tobacco bar, 2 restaurants), Mont Mouchet (Resistance Museum) 15 km away, Langeac 15 km away (collegiate church, Jacquemart museum, old neighborhoods, Maison de la béate in Jahon, mountain bike area, adventure trail in the forest, weekly market, all shops and services). Ground floor: living room-kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 140cm beds), bathroom. 2nd attic floor: 1 bedroom (3 single beds). Small unenclosed courtyard (46 m²). Electric heating extra depending on consumption. Additional service: cleaning fee: €90. Compulsory cleaning fee for companies. For your comfort, sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival free of charge. Property managed by a professional.
