“The front desk staff were very helpful but problems developed when we got to our room. The refrigerator wasn’t working so we changed rooms and even then it didn’t get real cold. Then we couldn’t get the TV to work and had to go back to the office for assistance. The hand soap was empty, so was the shampoo. When requested it never came. Thankfully I brought some bar soap with me. The bed frame was metal which was noisy. Two lightbulbs were out in the bathroom. The highlight was the waffles with……

“This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice.”

“Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!”

“This property was very special. It is out of the way with direct access to Canyon of the Ancients NM. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. The hosts were accommodating. The views are spectacular. The water needs getting used to though (alkaline?) but a RO filter in the kitchen helps.”
