Excellent séjour dans ce logement à la vue imprenable sur la grande plage de sable de Saint-Efflam. Les repas face à la mer sont un vrai plaisir.

Traumhaftes Haus direkt am Strand

Der Blick auf das Meer und die Lage direkt am Strand sind einmalig. Die Straße ist recht laut, aber da man fast ausschließlich die RĂ€ume zum Meer hin nutzt, spielt das keine maßgebliche Rolle. Wunderbar ist auch der Wintergarten an windigen Tagen.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage

wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Schönes Haus. Der Ausblick von beiden Schlafzimmern fantastisch. Ebenso vom Wohnzimmer. Toller Wintergarten und ĂŒber den Garten davor kann man DIREKT an den Strand gehen. Die Straße vorne raus ist zwar laut, aber da hĂ€lt man sich in der Regel außer zum Kochen nicht auf .... Besitzerin Katy supernett und supersĂŒĂŸ. Es gab Probleme mit dem Internet und sie hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, um uns Zugang zu ermöglichen. Ansonsten unkomplizierter CheckIn und CheckOut. Wir kommen wieder - wenn auch erst in ein paar Jahren. Die Anreise aus Deutschland ist schon sehr weit leider.

Sur la plage

Maison trĂšs plaisante. Au bout du jardin, c'est la mer. Tout est fait pour y passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. La rĂ©gion Ă©tant magnifique, avec de nombreuses visites et balades Ă  faire, sur mer ou dans les terres. À noter en particulier, l'accueil trĂšs chaleureux de Katy, qui de surcroĂźt, vous indiquera les endroits Ă  ne pas manquer, tout en restant disponible.

Les pieds dans l’®eau

Accueil chaleureux. La vue est magnifique du salon et des chambres. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle et salle de bain peu fonctionnelle. Adapté pour les enfants à partir de la naissance, sécurité des escaliers. TrÚs bon séjour.

Wir hatten das Haus fĂŒr eine Woche gemietet .Übergabe mut dem SchlĂŒssel hat ogne Probleme geklappt .Wir hatten eibe schöne Woche .Die Lage des Hauses war genial. Was fĂŒr eine tolle Lage!

Zuerst mal: was fĂŒr eine grandiose Lage! Eine kleine Treppe herunter und man steht sofort am Strand, wirklich sensationell. Alles in allem hatten wir tolle zwei Wochen in dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr charmanten Concierge hat im Vorfeld und bei der Übergabe sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefĂŒhlt. Hervorzuheben sind die zwei Bettdecken, was ja nicht typisch fĂŒr Frankreich ist. Einzige Kritikpunkte: bitte checken, ob das Geschirr vom VorgĂ€nger auch wirklich sauber in den Schrank gerĂ€umt wurde. Die KĂŒche insgesamt bedarf einer Sanierung (SchranktĂŒren fallen entgegen), dies gilt auch fĂŒr Herd und SpĂŒlmaschine. Auch der Grill sollte ausgetauscht werden. FĂŒr uns haben aber ganz klar die Vorteile ĂŒberwogen. Wer Ruhe und Strand sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Super spot

emplacement ideal, face à la mer, les pieds dans l'eau. Maison agréable et propre, relativement bien équipé. La cuisine et salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de jeune mais on n'y passe pas sa vie... salon et chambres trÚs confortable. La route derriÚre la maison est un peu passante, mais comme on vit derriÚre (cÎté mer) ce n'est pas spécialement dérangeant. quel plaisir de pouvoir aller à la mer directement depuis la maison et y revenir sans avoir besoin de prendre une voiture.

Prix haut de gamme pour prestation moyenne gamme

Une maison qui charme dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e par son cadre et sa vue sur la mer y compris des chambres. AccĂšs plage parfait pour les enfants. L’état, La propretĂ© et l’entretien de la maison laissent Ă  dĂ©sirer. La rue qui longe la maison est bruyante et dangereuse (vitesse ++++) mais la maison est plutĂŽt bien isolĂ©e.

Breath taking views and a relaxing time

A lovely house with a garden on the beach. Not a beach with umbrellas and sandcastles, but an amazing extensive bay of white sand where many water sports take place. If you want breath taking views and a really relaxing time this is the place for you. My only criticism is that in our 11 night stay we only had 3 towels each and no bed linen change. There is no air conditioning so the nights are warm and at least one change of towels and sheets would have been welcome. Despite this we would still return.

Wunderschöner Urlaub direkt am Strand

Das sehr originell und individuell eingerichtete Haus mit Garten hat eine wunderschöne Lage direkt am Strand. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Es blieben keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der großzĂŒgige Wintergarten, der auch bei kĂŒhler Witterung eine StrandatmosphĂ€re vermittelt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Nous sommes tombĂ©s tout de suite sous le charme de cette maison ! La vue est magnifique ! La maison correspond Ă  la description. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©s ! Il y a en effet un cĂŽtĂ© de la maison (cuisine et une chambre) qui donne sur la route mais ce n’est pas dĂ©rangeant ! Katy est une hĂŽte formidable qui rĂ©pond Ă  toutes nos demandes ! Et merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue ! Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une semaine de soleil non stop parfait ! Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! A bientĂŽt !

Fantastique !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Katy qui est encore plus agréable que dans la description ! La vue sur mer est incroyable, les piÚces sont spacieuses et joliment décorées et tous les équipements rendent le séjour trÚs confortable : la cuisine parfaitement équipée, le salon de jardin dans la terrasse couverte et un autre dans le jardin et enfin l'accÚs direct à la grande plage de sable fin. Les lits sont trÚs confortables et que dire du plaisir de voir la mer depuis son lit au réveil !! Et Katy est une hÎtesse charmante et prévenante qui nous a accueillis avec des spécialités bretonnes et nous a communiqué de nombreuses informations touristiques et gastronomiques. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientÎt, encore merci.
