Located in the beautiful area of MARINA DI FIORI in Porto-Vecchio, the house of recent design, has very beautiful volumes, high-end equipment and above all a magnificent sea view. Access to sporting facilities (tennis and swimming pool) is included in the rental price. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, fully air conditioned. The terraces are furnished, barbecue deckchairs. The garden is nicely wooded. The house exudes calm and tranquility facing the sea which is 300 meters away.
Arrivals are Friday, Saturday or Sunday (subject to availability)

Superbe maison dans un trĂšs bel endroit !

Nous avons loué cette maison à deux couples et 3 enfants à Pùques. Le golfe de Porto Vecchio est sous les yeux depuis toutes les piÚces de la maison. La terrasse est trÚs agréable, vue splendide, beau jardin. La maison est récente et trÚs bien entretenue. Jolie décoration, on sent que tout a été bien pensé. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont vraiment trÚs confortables. La cuisine est magnifique et spacieuse. La position de la maison est idéale à quelques centaines de mÚtres de la plage, dans un endroit privilégié. Nous avons loué un bateau au port de la marina pour accéder à d'autres plages, on peut tout faire à pied, C'est parfait pour un vrai séjour de vacances, relaxant et/ou sportif avec des enfants, chacun pouvant avoir ses activités.

Nous Ă©tions 2 couples et 3 adolescents et nous avons tous passĂ© des vacances extra. D'abord car la maison est spacieuse, rĂ©cente , avec Ă©quipement haut de gamme et belle dĂ©coration. Il y a 1 chambre + 1 suite parentale en rez de Jardin et idem Ă  l'Ă©tage, donc chaque famille avait son Ă©tage. L'accĂšs au Sporting Club rĂ©servĂ© aux rĂ©sidents et Ă  toutes ses activitĂ©s (piscine, tennis, plage, aquagym, ping-pong, bar/restaurant etc.) Ă  3 minutes de marche de la maison a permis Ă  nos adolescents d'ĂȘtre indĂ©pendants et Ă  tous de vivre des vacances paisibles sans tension.

Cette maison a beaucoup de charme... Le jardin est réalisé avec goût sans superflu comme souvent dans ce genre de location ! Les moments sur la terrasse avec une superbe vue vraiment sympa. Le site est top avec en plus la marina et sa piscine ou nos enfants on pris des cours de natation pendant que nous nous prenions un verre au bar. Bref nous re commandons le lieu

la maison est magnifique avec tout le confort pour une famille nous étions 8 personnes dont 4 ados et le séjour a été trÚs agréable, la maison située sur les hauteurs et bénéficie d'une vue dégagé sur la baie et est au calme au milieu de son jardin. Proche de la mer 5mn à pied.

Georgous villa with scenic view of the gulf

Superbe location with a magnifique view. We have appreciated the vast living spaces with tasteful decoration and wonderful lounge terrace overlooking lovely garden and stunning sea view on the bay of Porto Vecchio. The superbly equipped modern kitchen and dining area was perfect for our family and friends to gather in. Will go back for sure! We loved it.

Highly recommended !

We stayed 2 weeks in this very nice & peaceful house, which is ideal for family and offer a beautiful garden. It came with an access to a big pool & several tennis courts that were only opened to the estate residents + a nice pool house for drink & lunch. The house is furnished and decorated with taste, and well equipped. It is very well located, close to Porto Vecchio, a very typical village which offers great shops & restaurants, as well as a nice harbor area. Lots of great beaches accessible by car. Less that 30 minutes from the airport. Will be our first choice if we plan to go to Corsica again !

SUPERBE!!!

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© conquis par notre sĂ©jour dans cette maison avec sa superbe vue sur le golfe de Porto Vecchio, on voit mĂȘme la vieille ville! Ce que j'ai beaucoup aimĂ© ce sont les grandes baies ouvertes sur le jardin face Ă  la mer et sur la terrasse et les rochers Ă  l'arriĂšre, les enfants ont adorĂ©s y jouer. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec la clim dans toutes les chambres. Nous allions Ă  la plage ou Ă  la piscine Ă  pieds c'Ă©tait vraiment idĂ©al pour nous. Nos maris ont jouĂ© au tennis presque tous les matins, il y a 5 cours de tennis mais ils avaient une nette prĂ©fĂ©rence pour le n°5 car jouer face Ă  la mer c'est sans comparaison. Nous, nous allions Ă  l'aquagym, Ă  la piscine plutĂŽt jolie avec son Bougainvilliers gĂ©ant, ses palmiers, ses transats et le restaurant (plutĂŽt bon mais surtout pratique, nous y avons mangĂ© plusieurs fois) et mon fils aĂźnĂ© y a mĂȘme appris Ă  nager. Bref c'Ă©tait top je recommande sans hĂ©siter!!

ABSOLUMENT GENIAL !

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours dans la villa de Thierry et VĂ©ronique et nous sommes absoluement ravis. La villa a dĂ©passĂ© toutes nos espĂ©rances : une vue Ă  couper le souffle, des prestations haut de gamme et un rĂ©el bien-ĂȘtre rĂšgne dans la maison. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© avec nos 2 enfants qui se sont rĂ©galĂ©s avec tous les loisirs attenants Ă  la maison : terrain de tennis, piscine, sporting club etc. Les repas en famille sur la terrasse face Ă  la mer Ă©taient un vrai bonheur. Bref, nous songeons d'ores et dĂ©jĂ  Ă  y retourner et dĂšs que possible !
