Arrived an hour early for the check in and the staff was able to accomodate us with 2 rooms close to each other as we were traveling with family. Rooms were in the basement of the hotel. The smell of stinky feet and mold in the basement is quite serious and repulsive. Overwhelming smell of drier sheets on the main floor mixed with no air flow and +30 temperature. The AC in the rooms is super loud even on low and without AC there is no air flow and the smell of stinky feet in the room is worse. To make it even worse, you can smell Dennys kitchen in your room. We asked staff for extra towels a day later, never ended up getting them so we had to get towels from the pool. The second night we had to turn the AC off i order to sleep, after it was left running the whole day. Surface Parking is a lottery and the parkade has signs plastered about car break ins. The comforters are probably at least 7 years old as you can see the pilling and the roughness. Old stains of unknown dark subtance on the duvet cover. And a grape on the cake..we found an old grape on the floor under the desk. By far the worst hotel experience so far for us and we stay in hotels 6-7 times a year for multiple nights. The only reason we booked this rather than Vernon Prestige Lodge was due to last minute booking and being with the rest of family. Would not recommend

Everyone was very friendly that I communicated with, the unit itself was beautiful and all the rooms were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.
