The welcome nibbles, gorgeous bedding (and very comfortable bed) and towels. The extra touches were fabulous and added such class to this boutique boating accom.We enjoyed such a restful night, its close to town and the instructions were great.We enjoyed cooking breakfast on the back deck, and even had a seal catching its own breakfast at the front of the boat. The location was excellent — we were able to explore the local area during the day and then catch the train from nearby Seaford Station to our evening event, avoiding the city traffic altogether.The accommodation was just right for our needs. We didn’t make use of the kitchenette, but the bathroom was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable.……

“Amazing facility ”

“Nicole allowed me early check in even we came late. Nice house and garden. Christie beach was close by and very nice.It was better to use bit more better quilt covers and pillow covers as those were too warm in summer. All the mattresses were comfortable except one mattress in room 2.There was a small flask as well which I didn’t see until last moment but must be handy. Kitchen was well equipped. Probably you can upgrade the sofa and cushions.Otherwise this place is very spacious, kids friendly,……
