“I highly recommend”

“The property was great and room was great. We had the Collette room which was at back of the property that had access to a nice little patio. The place was quite even with others staying in thr property. The one feedback I would say is that leading up to the stay, there was a lot of phone calls, text, email and messages which made it a bit overwhelming. Sometimes one call to confirm the booking is enough, followed by a confirmation email. Otherwise everything was great. The staff and……

“Tim was so nice and welcoming. I had issues with the storm last week so he was able to change my reservation and I got a great room upgrade. Beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this property!!”

“My only suggestion would be to have blackout curtains over the windows. Nice place otherwise.”

“This Inn, located in the heart of Provincetown, is a wonderful place to spend a vacation at. My husband and I spent a long weekend here and won't hesitate to return. We were warmly greeted by the owner, Elliot, and shown our room. The accommodations are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The room we booked is a very nice size and we did not feel closed in at all. There are several common areas to choose from. We did not have the opportunity to eat the provided breakfast but heard from other……

“Excellent”

“AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the……

“Un hotel encantador para quienes buscan algo distinto a los hoteles clásicos de cadena. Adaptado en una vieja casona del s. XVIII conserva su arquitectura original lo que le da un toque muy especial. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito y está a un par de calles de los principales comercios, restaurantes y la playa. Tienen happy hour de 4 a 5 y te ofrecen una bebida gratis. El desayuno complementario también muy rico y basto. Por último la atención del personal es muy cálida, realmente se esmeran. Tal……

“I had a truly wonderful stay at The Prince Albert Guesthouse. I will be recommending this fine establishment to anyone who is planning a visit to Provincetown.”
