"We had an incredible week! Lea was so quick with responding to all of our questions before check in. We stayed with another family member and their kids, fit us very comfortably. The walk to the beach was always so peaceful. Took us about 15 mins to make it to the beach, but it was worth it and we always made it fun. Sunsets were perfection (photo does not do it justice) and we loved having access to the grill after a long day at the beach while hanging outside chatting with family. Hope to stay here again next summer!"

"This cottage is enchanting - from the moment we walked in we could feel how much love went into curating this adorable space. I was worried about storage for our clothes and was very pleasantly surprised by how spacious the drawers under the bed (they're huge and deep) and closet were. My only reservation in recommending this space is that I'll have more competition when I go to rent it next time!! :-)"

"The whole trip was great. The property had everything we needed. We even cooked dinner one night instead of going out. The place was very clean. It was just great! The only thing I would recommend is having a hose outside to rinse your feet off after being at the beach and before entering the house. We kept a beach towel on the steps to wipe our feet. Otherwise, it was clean, well equip, and totally comfortable. "

"Cute cottage with everything you need. Plenty of privacy, and the hosts are very responsive. A short walk to the vineyard and can pick up ptown shuttle right down the road. The beach is a 15 min or so walk if you don't want to drive. Looking forward to coming back!"

"This was our first time vacationing in Cape Cod and we hit the lottery with this cottage and host! We had the best time, and our three teens all voted best beach vacation trip. Cottage is adorable and the porch is amazing. We cooked most our meals and the kitchen was all you need. Hosts were more than helpful and we look forward to visiting again next year! Thank you!!!!"

"The space is adorable and well appointed. It was freezing cold out, the place has no insulation and there was no heat source. A space heater would have made a world of difference. There was also a lot of noise from construction going on above and adjacent to me and I was quite surprised when the water had been turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The construction guys explained that I should have been notified but I was not. "

"Property was in a private setting with lovely landscaping. There was plenty of outdoor seating, the hot tub was clean and well-maintained, and both bathrooms are updated. Large kitchen table for board games, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was spacious. "
"Beautiful home, right in the ocean with easy beach access. The beach was a lot longer than I thought and made for great walks. Amazing sunsets every night. House was tastefully modern and immaculate. Owners were super nice and attentive with our questions. Will be renting again. "
"We sat on the covered porch and watched the bay and sunsets. There was almost always a nice breeze. The room was well appointed, we cooked, we ate out (Provincetown was easily accessible), the bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. It was an easy walk across the street to the bay beach or a short drive to the ocean. We have stayed in this location before but not with this host. I would recommend a stay to anyone who asks and will be back again. Our host was delightful and highly responsive."
