The best time to go to Puerto Rey is during the shoulder seasons of late spring (May to early June) and early autumn (September to October) for pleasant weather and fewer crowds.

During these months, the weather is comfortably warm, typically ranging from the low 70s to low 80s Fahrenheit, making it ideal for enjoying the beaches and outdoor activities without the intense heat of mid-summer. The sea is also warm enough for swimming, usually in the low 70s.
