Among our 22 total listings, we offer a variety of homes with anywhere from 3 to 7 bedrooms, along with five dual-home and one brand-new quad-home option. We have 17 total homes spread across 16 properties situated on or near 2 lakes and 1 creek, with access to over 3.5 miles of hiking trails covering 83 acres. And new for this season, we now offer two new properties which share 5 total acres of outdoor games and sports fields.

The Space:
Expansive 2,612 sq ft lakefront retreat on the eastern shore of Upper Scott Lake, perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a private sandy swimming area, a dock, and a canoe just steps from the house. The large front yard is great for games, while the fire pit offers a cozy spot for evening gatherings.
Inside, the great room features floor-to-ceiling lake views, a kitchen with island seating & mini fridge, a 55” HD TV, and a large dining table that seats most of your group. The screened porch with a ceiling fan and dining set is ideal for rainy days, while the lake-facing deck provides the perfect place to unwind.
The rec room is packed with entertainment, including pool, air hockey, and foosball tables, plus a second 55” HD TV. Whether you’re here for boating, swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing, Swan Shores offers space, comfort, and endless fun.

You will need a car to see all that our area has to offer! We are conveniently located near several key coastal towns—just 15 minutes from downtown South Haven, 20 minutes from Saugatuck, and 25 minutes from Holland.
Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is located just under 45 miles SE of this home.
Gerald R. Ford Int'l. Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids is located about 57 miles NE of this home.
Amtrak's Pere Marquette line runs daily between Chicago, IL, and Grand Rapids, MI, through both Bangor, MI (15 miles south) and Holland, MI (25 miles north).

- High-speed Wi-Fi is provided by 123Net, offering reliable connectivity throughout the home for streaming, video calls, remote work, and multiple devices. Feel free to log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay.
- Please note that Lee Township Quiet Hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. You are still welcome to use the outdoor areas during these times, but please be considerate of others and keep noise levels down.
- No tinsel, glitter, confetti, feathers, etc., may be used to decorate. Nothing may be stuck to any walls since this will cause drywall damage.
- We currently don’t offer EV charging on-site. Attempting to charge an EV here damages our electrical system; any violations will incur a $400.00 fee plus any repair costs.
- Our docks, watercraft, & outdoor dining furniture are not available from late Oct through mid-April.
- Read the house manual upon arrival as it details important check-in & check-out information, things to do (wineries, trails, and more), and house rules.
