"Overall, we had a fantastic time and found the property to be beautiful and located in a great area. The space available was more than sufficient for our needs, which was wonderful.However, I wanted to mention a few minor issues we encountered. Firstly, we noticed that there were no life jackets available, so future guests should be advised to bring their own. Additionally, we paid extra for the hot tub, but unfortunately, the hot tub cover was not clean.Lastly, we noticed a discrepancy between the smoking information listed on the site and the printed information at the property.On a positive note, Tanner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated."

"This house was very comfortable and quiet. It has a nice little back yard and a good size back porch. The owners were extremely easy to work with. We had the key code 24 hours in advance and had a seamless arrival. They have included several extras that you wouldn’t think about. Like flashlights in every room. Backlit mirrors, sound machine, computer desk with docking station, keyboard, mouse and monitor. Furniture with built in power stations, even coffee Kurig pods, and snacks. We did not hang out at the house at all, as we were visiting family. But it would be a nice kid friendly place to hang out. We will definitely book here again. "

"THIS CONDO IS PERFECT!!!We stayed at this condo for a long May 2025 weekend, bringing 5 total adults, for our son's law school graduation at UA. It is super close to UA law library & basketball arena, the graduation and reception locations. It is also close to many restaurants and grocery stores.EVERYTHING is provided for your convenience to cook and stay in comfort: dishes, cookware, basic spices, coffee, sweeteners, toaster oven, coffee machines (brew & KCup), kitchen & laundry soap, bath soaps, kitchen towels & bath towels, plenty of paper products in kitchen & bathrooms. We were amazed!!We brought 2 grandmas, one with limited mobility, to this FIRST FLOOR condo. Ground floor was of vital importance since stairs weren't possible. There was a safety bar for in one of the bathrooms for the grandmas. We had 3 private bedrooms, king beds in each, and each with it's own large private bathroom & closet. So much room to organize yourself during your stay!!We enjoyed being together in the kitchen & family room area. We had plenty of room for meals together, and we enjoyed watching the boats & barges float down the river. Every room has a large flatscreen TV, too.Communication with Jennifer was excellent!! She quickly responded to my every question. She was very understanding of our grandma needs and made sure the condo could accommodate them.This condo was, by far, the ABSOLUTE BEST rental we've ever visited!! HIGHLY recommend for all UA or Tuscaloosa events!!!!"

"We enjoyed Tuscaloosa and the place was clean and as discribed. It enabled family to mingle and then retire to their own rooms ( each having their own TV and bathroom). Location was very convent to campus and other places we wanted to visit. We would come back on our next visit."
