Beautiful home, lovely area

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, everything in working order. The house is warm and comfortable. We highly recommend the house and the area for those looking for a peaceful break during autumn.

Nice garden and great house

One downside was the missing possibilty to darken the upper bedrooms and the very thin walls. For the children it was an big problem to fall asleep and stay asleep. Still we had a really great stay, the house is really nice, nothings missing. Beautiful large windows and great garden.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Baby in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Hausmeister Lothar hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie. Alles was man zum Kochen und Leben braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind sehr schon und besonders toll ist der Blick auf den wunderschönen Baum im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt und stand uns auch im Vorfeld bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Ein Besonderer Dank gilt auch dem sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Hausmeister, der mit uns die Übergabe organisiert hat.Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist Topp. Binz und Umgebung alles schnell zu erreichen. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sehr viele Ausflüge machen. Immer wieder gerne.

Gerne wieder

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus, ruhige Lage. Zum Einkaufen braucht man ein Fahrzeug, der nächste Laden ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Zum entspannen gibt es eine große Liegewiese die man gut nach dem Saunagang nutzen kann.. Im allgemeinen sehr schön.

Modernes Ferienhaus in absoluter Ruhiglage

Wir haben die Zeit in Wreechen in dem komplett eingerichteten Ferienhaus genossen. Brötchen morgens in Joggingweite in Putbus, Laufstrecke durch den Schlosspark mit Wildgehege. Durch die Ruhiglage, das Abgelegene, ist ein Auto dringend erforderlich. Und da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir trotz fehlender abdunkelung prima geschlafen ;))

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit kleinen „Mängeln“

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Wreechen 1 war sehr gelungen. Die Ankunft verlief Dank des Hausmeisters reibungslos. Wir haben uns bewusst für drei Schlafzimmer entschieden, da wir Zwillinge im Teenager-Alter haben. So hatte jeder sein eigenes Reich. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, Platz genug für alles. Vor allem die Küche bietet durch die Kochinsel in der Mitte viel Platz. Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass in den Fenstern in allen Bädern und Schlafzimmern Fliegengitter angebracht sind, so dass man auch abends und nachts die Fenster geöffnet lassen kann. Zwei kleine Vorschläge hätten wir: Im unteren Bad würden Handtuchhaken am Waschbecken die Nutzung des Bads verbessern. Und Vorhänge zumindest in den Schlafräumen, die den Raum abdunkeln, wären toll. Was uns unangenehm aufgestoßen ist, war der volle Aschenbecher draußen auf dem Gartentisch sowie der Gestank von abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch im Unterschrank mit den Mülleimern in der Küche. Das ging wirklich gar nicht! Als ausgewiesenes Nichtraucherhaus hat uns das sehr irritiert. Liegt selbstverständlich an den Mietern vor uns und nicht am Vermieter. Aber vielleicht könnte man zukünftige rauchende Mieter des Hauses darauf hinweisen die Zigarettenkippen direkt draußen im Mülleimer zu entsorgen. Bei der oben nicht vorhandenen Kategorie Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vergeben wir allerdings nur drei von fünf Sternen…
