"Check Inn war leider erst um 15 Uhr möglich, obwohl ab 7 Uhr ausgeschrieben ist. Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich. Die ganze Anlage mit 171 MH ist neu und sehr schön angelegt. Der Bereich Covered ist eingezäunt. Schreckt anfangs ein wenig ab. Man kann aber durchaus FKK Strände besuchen. Restaurant direkt am Limskikanal super Lage, jedoch sehr teuer und der Gestank von der Klärgrube sollte hoffentlich bald von der Maistra beseitigt werden. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is nicely decorated with pool, steam rooms and a gym. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a birthday cake. The premium room was very spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality. The dinner and breakfast buffets had wide variety of options in high quality. The only downside was that drinks were not included with dinner, which was a bit unexpected. One area for improvement would be the steam rooms. Guests are not allowed to wear swimsuits in any of the steam rooms, meaning everyone must be fully nude in shared spaces. It would be more comfortable if this were optional. I would personally feel more at ease if there were separate spaces by gender or the option to wear swimwear, as I’ve experienced in other hotels. Because of this policy, I wasn’t able to enjoy the steam rooms. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel!"

"Best Hotel we have ever been too! First time in Croatia and the hotel and staff made our stay spectacular! Checked in late because other resort in the area cancelled us last minute! Sorry if I pronounce name wrong Lubro at front desk was awesome and knew of our last minute cancelation and was very nice and even next day gave us an upgrade with seaview so we could enjoy our first time in Croatia! Also Melissa which was new to hotel was kind and patient with us in showing us areas of hotel and kept checking on us everyday! In the restaurant under the lobby we will always remember Ashur for his patience in our ordering of our food and translating everything we didnt understand! Also gave us great suggestions around the hotel. Thank you Grand Park Hotel for an extraordinary stay!"

"The resort is on the sea in a very quiet place The rooms are big enough and comfortable The kitchen and bathroom have everything is needed excluding body wash and shampoo The reception is at the very entrance where the barrier is but they let you in with the car even if you didn’t check in so you might miss it and wonder around to look for it, so if you are tired from travelling might not be a great experience. The room had the toilet sit broken, the bidet tap spraying water everywhere and the bin under the sink in the kitchen broken too, I told the reception about it and in a couple of hours was sorted, staff is very nice and quick at taking action. The only thing that was not usable was the safe as the instructions did not correspond to the safe characteristics. The pool which by my understanding was included you need to pay for the lay downs so is a price to consider if you want to use it, plus they let children in with big inflatables so is not the best experience if you happen to go when there is more than one child around. Overall a nice experience, the view is amazing and the place very quiet, not far from Pola city by car is 10 minutes"
