Room was big and beautiful. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. We like the room cold when we sleep and we couldn’t get the AC to blow cold enough.

Hotel is beautiful, employees nice, accessible Starbucks, parking very convenient across the street, dinner was great. Room #1 had no hot water. Moved to room #2 which had hot water but shower head shook when turned on and it sounded like a freight train was on the other side of the shower.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful!!! the rooms are beautiful and a tremendous value! The rooms are spacious and beds are so comfy, great pillows and quality sheets. I love the southern charm and historical feel! A must-stay when in Shreveport.
