Come and discover this beautiful house of 160m2 in Quiberon, designed to accommodate up to 10 people. Only 300m from the beach and shops, it is the perfect place for a family or friends holiday, combining comfort and proximity to the ocean!

It includes:

On the ground floor:

- An entrance with storage,
- A living room/lounge with sofa, armchairs, TV, table, chairs,
- An open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge + freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle),
- A laundry room with washing machine,
- Separate WC,

On the floor:

- A large room with a bed of 180cm, bath and sink,
- Two bedrooms with each a bed of 140cm,
- A room with two beds of 80cm (160cm),
- A bathroom,
- Separate toilet.

An addiction complements this property with:

- A second living room with table, chairs, TV,
- A second kitchen (fridge + freezer, induction hob 2 fires, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),
- A bedroom with a bed of 160 cm and storage,

Fab house, well equipped for holidays. Drawback with upstairs shower not sealed so floods top floor. O/S shower very useful but not completely contained. Would use again.
