The lobby and hallways were clean and somewhat modern however there too many "loitering" parking and lobby area. The room was ok but chair in the room was "UTTERLY DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY" it should be thrown out or thoroughly deep cleaned.

The location has alot of potential, clean, helpful staff. But half the doors aren't sealed, the insulation and sound-proofing are sub-par, the AC units struggled to cool the room during the summer, they didn't have the room I'd reserved available forcing us into a smaller room for the same price. Additionally the Ice machine wasn't working, and there was no breakfast layout, just a few things that I had to ask an employee to get from their break room and kitchen (some muffins in plastic bags and a bottle of OJ). I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

The breakfast was a brown paper bag with a muffin, a granola bar and orange and an orange drink There were tiles in my bedroom that I tripped over because they were not glued down. I guess you don’t change your sheets if you stay more than one day.

Door lock was broken. Hard floors in the room. Painting all over was just bad. Key card was turned off hours before checkout. No elevator to 2nd floor so dont pack heavy bags. Fridge had towels under it so the staff knew it leaked. Staff was just uncaring.
