“I'd like to start by saying that if Limehome wants to do the right thing I'll happily amend this review.
We arrived at around midnight and discovered our room had not been cleaned or changed over - see pictures. We immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp (because there are no staff on the premises). It took almost an hour, but the best they could do was put us in a single room which was quite uncomfortable for the two of us. They then refused to refund us, offering a 35% discount on that……
