When you check in make sure you ask about where your room is in conjunction of the clubs in the property.
Night 1, we were across from the Kaytoo club and it was so loud we got no sleep. The village is very noisy all day and night, but this was music with bass all night.
I also feel the communication, all though good, is not nearly enough prior. It be great if they had more details on their website of stuff, and invested in an APP for the village to get around etc.
Note too - the Gluten Free Options in the village are limited at best.

It was a nice place good vicinity walkable to the blue mountains village parking was good only complaint is we had room on 2nd floor and there was no elevator

Check in was seamless, very friendly staff.
Rooms are a little dated, but clean.
Pool and hot tub areas were fun.
