"The property was just as lovely as it was depicted in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. The spiral staircase was a little narrow and tricky to navigate with a large suitcase but it wasn’t a big deal. Neighborhood was quiet. Assigned parking stalls in the driveway was super easy and convenient. Pool area was awesome. All in all it was a great stay! "

"The townhouse style apartment appears new, clean, and well maintained. It has a full set of dishware, utensils, cookware and cutlery suitable for four people. And, the location is ideal -- one block off the main drag where restaurants and coffee shops abound -- and the double paned windows do an excellent job of blocking traffic noise. We brought our dog bed and she relaxed comfortably at the foot of the bed in the single bedroom. "

"4.5 stars for great location and very clean. Being ground level made it a little noisy and exposed when windows were open but has curtains for privacy. "

"Having a door man and building security access was a nice feature while in downtown Los Angeles. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet despite our stay being both during Anime Expo and 4th of July. The rooftop pool and hot tub were great amenities with beautiful views of the city - especially at night."
