"Walls are so thin that I could hear the people in the next room snoring and not only hear them speaking on the phone but also the callers. The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko."

He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. "We went there after booking and the owner even did'nt know we are going to arrive that saturday. She had to clean the sheets and the ONLY room that was available . There was NO kitchen, she was putting an outdoor kitchen next to a garden beautiful on the pictures, but its stinks to gasoline from an outboardmotor in an old oilcan. IF she had people in the second bedroom, you had to share the "beautiful view" bathroom. This is NOT what enlisted on the webpage from homeaway. We don't stay there...

"We stayed a week in the hotel. Dimitri was excellent from the time we arrived and very helpful. Explained all the places to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was good and kept us going all morning and also varied daily. Final day my wife left her phone in the taxi and Dimitri helped us by calling the taxi driver and got him to deliver it it to the bus station."
