“I'm picky about cleanliness, and this place was spotless! The carpet and bedding were so nice! They had everything we needed. It was nice to have a garage. We stayed four nights while my grandchildren were on spring break. The kids loved the pool, and St. George and Gunlock Falls were just a short drive away.”

“Another amazing stay! I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay at this condo. The owners are so wonderful and are always their for you with any questions. This location is so cozy and quiet. We love mesquite, such an easy town to get around in. If you are looking for excellent weather and some peace and quiet, this is your place. Be seeing ya soon!!”

“The property worked well for our purpose. Great location. Close to courses and casino’s. We had a few minor issues but Sheri bent over backwards to fix things. If you are here on a golf trip and are going into St. George, remember there is a 1 hour time change at the Utah border.”

“I found chunks of dried something in the carpet, not sure if it was raisins or what. One pillow smelled like laundry soap, while the other pillow smelled like men's cologne, so wasnt entirely sure if the sheets were washed. There was hair in one of the showers, and crusty stuff on the tv remote in the bedroom. So, kind of a yuk factor. The place was nice, but clearly not cleaned very well. Not sure why i had to pay a cleaning fee when it wasnt cleaned very well for my stay.”

“This place was incredible. The home was beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all mesquite amenities. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. This is definitely at the top of our list for mesquite stays in the future.”
