“The first day, when we returned at 1:30 p.m. from the beach, my room on the first floor was flooded, all my clothes and personal things were soaked. They decide to send us to the second floor and they gave us room 225 to our surprise, the air conditioning in that room was not good and the smell was disgusting and, of course, we asked for another room... after 30 minutes they gave us room 227, it was fine... but the air conditioning was not cold enough... Two different times we asked about the……

“We felt like we were staying in an elegant, but extremely comfortable home. It looks just like the photos. We stayed in the Renoir Suite for 4 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and sheets/blankets. The continental breakfast had wonderful pastries. The cooked breakfast was very savory. It's not far from the airport. Melinda was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering questions. The beach is very close as are many great places to eat.……

“The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. ……
