Todo me encantó muy limpio todo y muy buena atención de los trabajadores

In the photos this property looked so much better. On the face of it it was nice enough but we felt our room was not clean and when it had not been cleaned later into the afternoon we did complain. The manger at the time mentioned she would request a deep clean. Clearly this did not happen, as we came back to the bins filled with rubbish and hairs / not ours in the bathroom and a few other bits that made us leave a day early. They did take off the resort fees but we still paid over $900 for 2 nights despite being told we would only be charged 2 nights. Anyway this was a disappointment but the lady on the desk tried her best but I don’t think this was ok to pay this much for our experience

very nice property with very attentive staff

Long wait for dining and room service. Manager delivered my breakfast personally because I was having problems. Noisy over my room because of music at night. Locks on doors are difficult to use Food in dining room was very good, despite the wait and wait staff. Not enough servers for inside and out. Spa treatments were terrific. Manager at desk gave me a courtesy for some of the issues I had. I can’t remember his name but he sits at a computer near the check-in. Days I believe I have been there before and will come again. Beach is sensational.
