There was a musty smell in our room and hallway on the 11th floor. When we reported this at the front desk they informed us they would investigate and send a tech up. He did come up promptly but no diagnosis and hey sprayed air freshener in the air to on cover the smell for 5 minutes!!

One Hotel Miami was a great experience. The staff for the most part is very welcoming. We had an issue in 1 room where the microwave didn’t work at all. Complaint to concierge but no remedy since they were “sold out” of rooms. In our 2nd room, housekeeping would randomly pop their heads in.. they would knock on the door then use their key card to enter..it didn’t happen just once… night/day… it happened throughout the stay… talk about an Invasion of Privacy… even while I was in the shower, housekeeping entered the room.. there’s some construction going on the 2nd floor so if you are trying to use the spa make sure to check with concierge so they can help you get to the spa… other than that, the property is nice…

From the signature scent you’re enveloped in when you walk through the lobby doors to the fresh, nature driven, luxurious style of the rooms, restaurants, and amenities, 1 Hotel is an abode of relaxation, health, and wellness. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurants serve amazing dishes, and the staff are so kind and helpful. We stayed at the South Beach location for 5 nights, spent every day at the beach (we had two comfortable chaise lounges and an umbrella ocean side), the pool (there are 3 to choose from), and had a delightful meal at one or two of the restaurants each day (such healthy and delicious dishes at all the restaurants). We ventured out two of the days for excursions, but really, we enjoyed being at the hotel most of all! I recommend taking a few hours to schedule spa treatments on site too - AMAZING experience! We can’t wait to go back and also stay at other 1 Hotels around the country and world!
