“Room was clean. Shower was hot.”

“Horrible experience. Arrived at 11:30PM. Late. But usually, you have a front desk where you could ring a bell and an attendant would come out. Here, the building doors were locked after 11:00PM. The instructions tell you to grab the phone on the wall and dial 500 after hours. No answer. Tried multiple times. Decided to press 2 for reservations. Of course somebody answers there because it means money. I explained the lady I had a reservation but nobody was answering the front desk. She tried……

“Staff was wonderful. Toilet was loose and terrible water pressure in shower. ”

“Stay was very good saw no bugs, like i saw in other hotels my only complaint was room had 2 burners to cook problem i had no pans ,silverware , plates or cups and glasses provided. Still trying to figure what was the point of the burners . Normaly one does not carry cooking utensils when travling. But i dont want to take anything away from this hotel great safe location. I would stay again ”
