“The lady at the front desk was lovely, had a positive attitude and was very helpful. Room was clean. The curtains are terrible though, they do nothing to block the light coming inside. The lights they keep on on the ground floor are a little blinding and pointed directly inside.”

“Best breakfast I've had included in my stay in a very long time”

“The lady at check in was very pleasant and helpful the next morning.”

“good”

“自驾到酒店非常方便，就在公路旁边，但是很安静。床很舒服，很干净。房间内有冰箱微波炉。”

“The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The omelet was AWESOME!!! I had a great time.”

“Good”

“Good experience !”

“Very good for transit and business travel.”

“The Rail Haven needs a lot of deferred maintenance. desk person gave us a crappy room and we had to change. Hardly anyone there in a Wednesday night, so why try to stick us in a tiny outdated room. we left before breakfast but the coffee was good. Another gentleman helped us move and mentioned there are different sizes of rooms and furnishings. Paid a 127.00 for a room. Did have a nice bed and pillows.”

“I paid for a suite that I didn’t receive. The reservation was made a full week ahead, I arrived went to the room they never mentioned anything. When I went back down to try to get it fixed I was told they didn’t have anymore suites. I don’t mind a smaller room, but I do mind paying for something I didn’t receive. Very poor management on someone’s end.”

“Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Excellent location as well. Friendly staff and very clean.”

“Everything was great”

“Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast……

“The staff was amazing and we loved our room. Breakfast had good options”

“I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Fairly clean hotel. Nice staff. Great for families so that you have room and the ability to cook if you’d like.”
