All the amenities worked and the staff was friendly. BuT, I booked this property specifically for the hot tub and pool, my daughter and i were here for a hige exam and wanted to spend the night relaxing but when we got there the pool was closed bc it was being "cleaned". Normally if an area of the hotel is not available I get an email so that i can make other arrangements if i prefer but that did not happen with tbis hotel. Also when I took a shower there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door.
