When we went to shower, the tub was backing up with yellow water and floating debris.
Since we were already late to our show,we now had to leave without taking a shower .This small studio room was over $600.00 per night ! After complaining to the staff, we were left 2 cocktail vouchers . As it was , I was paying for 3 nights and only staying two. I think they should have done a bit more .

HIGHLY recommend this property! Absolutely beautiful property in the best location for exploring Bologna. 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, historic sites! We had a very stressful situation, having lost our passports on the train to Bologna. Through extraordinary efforts by both the Hotel Manager and Concierge Julia, our passports were speedily located and we got them back right away! The Manager also upgraded us to a suite which was very luxurious and appreciated after such a scary day. I encourage anyone who is looking for a centrally located luxury hotel in Bologna with exceptional customer service to select this one. You will not be disappointed!
