The man at the front desk (and his dog, Sub!) were very kind and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful, extremely clean, and quiet. We were only there for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re back in Birmingham.

Beautiful facility! Outside seating was perfect in the afternoon. We were there for game day activities and couldn't have planned it better! Downtown charm was Vibing!

Complimentary breakfast was horrible omelets and service. One immigrant employee did not speak English and was rude. Not up to Embassy Suite standards. Man cooking omelettes was blowing nose over food.

I was here for one night for work. This wasn’t a leisure trip so I wasn’t that disappointed. If this was a vacation I wouldn’t book this place. It’s nice enough for a work trip but definitely lacking the amenities and nice feel of a vacation spot. Nothing is walkable from here but parking was plentiful and convenient. Staff was nice and pool was nice. Might stay here again next time if have to be in Birmingham, Alabama.

The place is spacious and there was plenty of space to wonder around. The host took the time to tell us Happy Thanksgiving as we stayed over the holiday break. ...
