“House was very spacious for our family of 11 which included 2 babies. Delighted that all rooms had en-suites with plenty of towels and all other necessary bathroom accessories. The pods for washing machine were great as we had to do a washing for baby. A lovely bowl of fruit and food in fridge were very welcome. The family were very helpful and friendly and we had a very special wedding weekend in dingle.”

Across the street from a nice little convenient store and a very good restaurant. The pub space on the first floor is a terrific gathering place. “Smooth booking, cot and highchair provided as requested. Great kitchen and dining space with plenty of lovely kitchenware. Heating and hot water easy and preset. Beach near the property was lovely (need to go over slippy rocky pathway to access but kids and adults could do so). Views from house were mountains, green fields and farm animals, very peaceful. “The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“After a long drive from Shannon Airport, we opened the door to Seashell Cottage and immediately felt like we were home. “Our week’s stay at the cottage was very pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sheep and the scenery from the cottage was beautiful. We had difficulty finding the cottage as there are no road names and after an overnight flight from Toronto and then a four hour drive from Dublin the directions didn’t work on our phone. With some relief we finally spotted it and arrived.”

“Janet left us delicious honey and eggs from Eamon’s and her farm, much appreciated, and a good supply of peat for the 2 fireplaces (which we didn’t need). The “cottage” is a 3 bedroom house, and was very clean and well supplied. Enjoyed some breakfasts on the sunny mornings outside. We enjoyed fishing and walking at Fermoyle Beach, and walks in to Loch Duin, Brandon Point and Glanteenassig Forest. Ireland is lush, and spectacularly beautiful. I hope to return.”
