Elevator wasn’t working properly, our ceiling was crumbling to the ground so we had to move rooms. No compensation was offered but we demanded at least compensation for the parking!

Love everything about the quality this hotel offers. It’s outstanding details and consideration for their guests. Love the L’Occitaine products in the bathrooms and the high quality fixtures in the showers.
Very comfortable bed and the sheets were amazing.
