"I had to stay for 5 nights, because of a funeral. After driving 10 hours, I was looking forward to the hot tub. Turns out, the pool area was shut down by the health dept. The whole time I was there. The room needed some fixing up, but it was a place to stay. This hotel used to be very nice."

"Pre-trip communication regarding check-in information was excellent, and the check-in process ended up being flawless. The staff, specifically Amy, was outstanding; professional, well-organized, accessible, and friendly. Will definitely be back next year!"
