“This was a great place to stay with two adult couples. Two bedroom two bath means privacy for everyone. The location was great. Wish we had more time to spend outdoors hiking in the state park. I’d like to come back in the summer to sleep on the screened in porch and listen to the waterfalls. Travel was made all that much easier because we were able to bring our furry friend.”

“The Cozy Cabin was a perfect overnight stay for my daughter and her girlfriends for her Sweet 16. They loved the trails in the woods and having a fire in the evening was a lot of fun. Peg was wonderful to work with too!”

Being right on the lake allowed for relaxing views, family recreation (paddle boat for us….but could have chosen canoe, kayak, paddle board and more), and simply peace and tranquility! I have stayed in 10-15 VBRO homes to date and this was by far the best!!!!!”

“This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner!”

“The property was a wonderful place to get away and relax. Our dogs were able to run off leash for their first time. They swam in the pond and we hiked in the woods behind the cabin every morning. My wife and I had coffee while enjoying the great view, we made smore's in the firepit and grilled on several occasions. The nearby town Ellicottville was slow paced and had some very enjoyable restaurants (winery, brewery, and Dina's), Niagara falls was close by. Overall the property was fantastic and……

“Pumpkin Hollow was a great place for us. The firepit was amazing. The creek was pretty. We enjoyed looking at the beer can collection. The kitchen equipment was ok, nothing special. The shower was hot. The beds were comfortable. The place is quirky though. If you're looking for something fancy, this is not it. We loved it though. Michael was great and very easy to get in touch with when we had questions about the jukebox. He's really a great guy. We'll be back.”
