Walk next door to Jack n Dos pizza and ice cream shop! Stunning remodel, original decor. 3 BRs, 2 FULL BATHS! Comfortably sleeps 6! Quartz Counters, Recessed Lighting, Electric Fireplace. Amenities include 4K HD TV w ROKU. WI-FI, Keurig Coffee Maker w/ Complimentary K-Cups, Microwave, Fridge, Range, Fully Furnished Kitchen.

Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following:

1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards.
2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in strainer or dry and place in cupboards/shelves.
3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large receptacle located in the driveway. Please do not leave trash on the porch.

This is a unique lot with 2 separate homes, both vacation rentals. The exterior space (driveway, yard, fire pit, furniture, etc) is considered community space and is shared with the other unit. However, each unit has its own boat dock.

Parking at the home is limited to 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles + 1 trailer. Also we ask that guests please keep outside noise to a minimum after dusk.
