With an area of 170m², the villa is characterized by large volumes highlighted by a personalized and neat decoration, quality equipment. Wooden furniture, contemporary paintings, handicrafts give a warm tone to the house.

The double exposure opening on the terraces and the garden allows a fluid circulation and ensures a pleasant ventilation.

The living room includes a large living room with fireplace, a dining area extended by a bar and an American kitchen. This level opens at the front onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool offering a very beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.

Meals facing the sea and the mountains are a real pleasure.

The sleeping area is located on the upper level has the master bedroom and a bedroom with three beds opening onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and facing the sea-mountain panorama; plus another independent bedroom with shower room and toilet.

Ideal space for those who appreciate the independent and calm side.

Beautiful Property

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in the most beautiful location I have been to. The beach is within walking distance as well as wonderful restaurants and stores. The villa has a wonderful pool and the interior is done with high class. The owners are magnificent and very responsive. I plan to go back as soon as I can.
