Sin embargo, el servicio si debe mejorar, esperamos por un desayuno 40 minutos, al momento de hacer check in tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo porque no aparecía la reservación. Los apartamentos son súper cómodos pero el piso se nota muy sucio. ”

“VRBO once again delivered with a nice apartment, in a nice area. Property manager Diego was extremely responsive to questions and concerns. Apartment was clean and we felt very safe in this building. One suggested improvement would be to eliminate the 3rd party billing and simply allow a renter to click "confirm" button and they are done. Having the billing and payment process separate from the reservation process is time consuming and creates unneccessary emails/texts/bank calls. Otherwise a……

“I love this place so much that, after a two-week stay, I extended for another three weeks. The building staff -- security and maintenance -- are courteous, cordial, and very effective. The VRBO management is always nearby and alway ready with help, recommendations, and solutions. The surrounding area is very good, with an excellent park, restaurants, a bakery, and groceries within an easy walk. One of Barranquilla's two major shopping malls is an easy 15-minute walk. Overall, and excellent stay.”

“The owner simply did not give me access to the property, I stayed outside the building for 4 hours calling him and he never answered. El dueño no dejo llaves ni me contesto el telefono mi familia y yo estuvimos horas fuera del edificio con nuestras maletas. Horrible experiencia que nos arruinaron nuestro carnaval.”

“The place of the hotel is very good. You can find shopping stores, restaurants, transportation around. For the price is a good hotel. Some small details about the condition of the room were noticed, like the toilet sometimes flushed very slow and the bathroom door had a noice sound. ”
