Staff were terrible. They didn't cooperate in any case. The front desk guy is not helpful and behavior was too bad. If we asked for any service he was telling, "what are you expecting in 150 CAD?" Isn't it a bad way to serve a client?

Paper-thin walls so you could hear every person coming & going in the building. Glad it wasn't fully occupied or we would've never slept.
