"The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. "The hotel was close to the airport. This was good. They didn't have our reservation and said that they never worked with Expedia. It was not something nice to hear in the middle of night after we arrived to Kayseri. And I don't know who's fault it is - the hotel's or Expedia's."

"Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, with the most comfortable pillows I've ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. They can also do food in the evening, which wasn't very well publicised. Thanks especially to Ahmed, who kindly recommended the dishes we should try...he was right, they were amazing!"
