Detached house located on a large wooded lot, at the entrance of a village, calm assured. House of 55 m² on basement with 4 main rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room library TV, DVD player, WIFI is free.

Outside you have a garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, reading room. Many games are available, babyfoot, darts, bowling, outdoor games, games for children.

This rental is located in Center Brittany, near the lake Guerlédan and its beaches, the Forges des Salles, the Abbey of Bon Repos, the canal from Nantes to Brest.
