"Host met us upon arrival and showed us the property. Property was spacious, well equipped and appointed for our party of five. The view from the deck is sensational and the surrounding countryside extremely peaceful. Great place to chill out for a few days and would recommend to anyone that enjoys a farmstay. Road to the property is quite steep and narrow, but the view and serenity is well worth it!"

"Pros: Om eerlijk te zijn: alles beviel in dit huis. De locatie is prachtig en rustig, de voorzieningen in het huis zijn geweldig en de host is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Kortom: een echte aanrader! Cons: Voor ons was het prima, maar anderen zouden het terras wat klein kunnen vinden."

"Très agréable pause sur la route des vacances ! Gîte avec super déco, confortable et calme. Accueil très sympathique et gentilles attentions des propriétaires. Tres bon repas du soir et ptit dej servis/"livrés" de manière originale.Et le clou du logement : la "mini jacuzzi" au milieu de la pièce avec superbe vue sur le lac ! Incroyable moment de détente ! "Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."

10/10 Excellent

"Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute."

"Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, without them the rating would have been lower. The room was basic and tired. Standard continental breakfast was acceptable. Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."

"Great stay, new property, amazing staff, personalised service! Would definitely recommend. Anyone I encountered from Reception to bar and restaurant staff was excellent and went out of their way to look after me. Pool facilities were excellent and clean! Will come back many more times!"
