Practical and beautiful view
The house was small but very practical, with fold-up beds and everything needed for 2 adults and 3 kids. The view from the balcony priceless and the location quiet but in the well served little holiday village. Nothing was missing in the kitchen and the house was clean. The owner answered very fast to all messages. Very recommended, especially for short stays.

appartement très bien situé
Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. L‘hôte était très gentil et l‘appartement impeccable. Le seul bémol: à quatre l‘espace dans l’appartement était quand même un peu juste. Par contre, le petit balcon était formidable (protégé du soleil mais vue sur un coin de la mer) et évidemment la région est magnique. En plus l‘appartement se trouve à un endroit dans le village pas loin du centre mais protégé du bruit.

Tres bien !
Nous avons apprécié le logement et l'emplacement. Le seul petit bemol est que les personnes avant nous n'avez pas du tout fait le ménage. Sinon les piscines et autres commodités sont supers. Le gerant de lannonce tres reactif et pro.

Communication avec le propriétaire très moyenne. Concernant le matériel bouilloire en panne ,impossible de nettoyer le sol car pas de matériel adapté . Et pour couronné le tout la personne a qui je devais rendre les clés n'était pas au courant.

Déçue par les propriétaires
Heureusement que l'endroit est de toute beauté car ça nous a aidé à faire digérer le reste . L'appartement est très bien équipé , au calme , belle vue sur le golf mais les locataires d'avant ont laissé l'appartement très sale , le sol et la terrasse avec des taches de nourriture, miettes , plaque de cuisson pleine de gras une honte et cerise sur le gâteau ils sont partis avec les cartes d'accès aux piscines . Nous avons donc du joindre les propriétaires qui nous ont dit qu'ils allaient régler le problème rapidement . Absolument faux car à partir de ce jour là ils se sont transformés en fantôme , plus aucune nouvelle d'eux . Ma fille en pleurs car nous ne pouvions pas profiter des piscines , nous avons perdu la premiere journée quand même Heureusement guidés par le bureau pierre et vacances et l'ascap, les surveillants de piscines ont été top et nous ont laissé tous les jours profiter de la piscine à l'aide de petits tickets fait maison . Honnêtement je suis en colère et je trouve ça irrespectueux de la part des propriétaires de laisser des vacanciers dans la galère même pas un message pour savoir si on pouvait se baigner . J'espère surtout qu'ils renouvelleront les cartes pour les prochains locataires car il faut savoir que les cartes sont payantes pour les renouveler donc faites attention ils pourraient être tenté de ne pas les faire refaire ! Sinon , le village vacances est magnifique , une vraie beauté pour les yeux , super pour les enfants .

Pas trop mal
Voyage de 10 jours pour un jeune couple fin août Concernant le village , il est adapté aux familles qui ne souhaitent pas trop bouger Parcontre pour les jeunes qui aiment sortir et bouger à éviter ! Le village est piéton donc la voiture reste sur le parking extérieur , parking dont les´ places sont très serrés , je ne vous parle pas des coups de portières sur ma voiture toute neuve ... l’appartement se situe au bout du village donc attendez vous a marcher et grimper ! L’appartement en lui même est plutôt bien équipé , assez moderne mais pas du tout entretenu il n’y a pas d’état des lieux d’entrées et sortie , nous avons donc démarré notre séjour en faisant le ménage à la place des locataires nous précédant .. cet appartement , bien qu’ayant une belle vue manque cruellement d’une climatisation . En conclusion nous avons passé de bonnes vacances mais peut mieux faire !

Es war sehr schön
Der Kontakt zu Hortense war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Es war alles prima. Mit Wlan wäre schöner gewesen aber dafür war der Blick von der Terrasse sehr schön. Ich würde wieder kommen :-)

Idéal pour se ressourcer hors saison. Les commerces du village sont fermés mais le centre de saint raphaël est tout proche. L'appartement est fonctionnel et a une très belle vue sur le golf et la mer. La propriétaire est sympathique. Bref séjour positif

Bon séjour bel appartement avec une belle vue sur la mer et le practice de golf.
L'appartement en lui même est bien sympatique il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très bon accueil du propriétaire et flexibilité sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. En ce qui concerne le village beaucoup de marches et pentu, parking à un peu plus de 5 minutes à pied. Il y a possibilité de stationner maximum 15 minutes au bord de l'appartement.

Magnifique vacances au Cap Esterel
Nous avons séjourné 15 jours pendant les vacances de pâques au coeur du village Cap Estérel. Mme Guette a été très accueillante et s'est montré très disponible. L' appartement très agréable, propre ,une grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer, le golf et la montagne. Nous avons également apprécier la présence de commerces de restaurant-et d'animations au sein de la résidence. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
