The biggest plus was the free shuttle to Disney multiple times a day. The complimentary breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff was very helpful.

The floors are dirty, chipped paint on the walls, scuff marks all over the walls. Bed was comfortable. Staff seemed to have a hidden hatred for anyone making extra requests.
