"Welcome was nice and very gentle from Mr Guffroy. Location is just nearby the railways and even if the train is not every 10mn it is not so peaceful. Overall cleanliness is a real issue mostly everywhere. Moisture, dishes not clean, bathroom not clean and problems with the shower, bedrooms not clean as well, laundry is not ready and clean… Garden was like savage garden, kitchen window with humidity, parking lot dangerous and bbq not usable. Pour l'arrivée, heureusement que les voisins étaient présents pour nous donner son numéro. Il nous a été impossible d'y rester loger. Une honte aussi du coup de la part d'Abritel car malgré un litige en cours dès le soir même et des photos à l'appui, nous restons sans nouvelles de leur part, ni du propriétaire bien évidemment. "
