"Centrally located in Bastogne with free parking at the rear of the hotel. Staff at the hotel were excellent. The staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough for us - great service. Room was large and comfy. Overall, great place to stay and eat."

"I have had an excellent stay, too bad I did not stay long enough to enjoy confort and the amaizing buffet at Breakfast. Somebody is available to cook your fresh eggs the way you want! Fresh fruits, large choice of breads and viennoiseries, fresh smoothies and much more. Clean and quie. I highly recommend."

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"Nice hotel, pool was OK but was a bit small and dark. Parking at the hitel car park (under the hotel) was so expensive, advise to park outside on the road after 6pm where it is free. Nice eating out places within walking distance. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Would stay again."

"We were met by the owner at check in. He is also the chef for the restaurant. He took time to explain the hotel and restaurant food options. The hotel is very nice. We were given a mini-suite with a balcony. Would stay again in a heart beat."
