"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

Parking on the road was easy to find. "The stay was really amazing, helpful and friendly staff! I would double check the bed when travelling with kids (no need for a cot for almost 5-year old), adding regular milk for room coffee and it’s perfect :)"

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."
