"Great experience from the moment we drove to the entrance. Very good service. Spectacular building, tasteful decor and beautiful surroundings. Incredible breakfast and amenities. The only few things that made me not give it 10/10 was the fact you have to pay 10€ to use the spa, which I can’t justify with a hotel of this price tag. Also, we wanted to be bougie and order room service but neither of the phones in the room was working so we had to go downstairs to order which kind of defeats the purpose. The only open fountain has very limited hours open. "

"No heating inside the room even after complaining at the reception, they gave me a little device to warm up the room but the noise was horrible. Couldn't sleep. No hot hoter when trying to shower - it happened on my last night. Also have some photos from lack of cleaning. Being a frequent user of Expedia, I expect a full return of money from this extremely bad experience."

"Beautiful setting, views of the lake. Nice filling breakfast, we enjoyed thr bacon and scrambled eggs. The room was clean and almost lole ti was brand new. The espresso machine in the room was a welcoming treat. "

"Where to start? What a special place. We felt so welcome and the welcome drink and charcuterie were splendid. We enjoyed chatting with the owner Fernando who acquired, renovated and expanded over 15 years. It is a truly special place. Fernando offers a limited menu of local items and fresh produce from the gardens. The pool.is glorious. You can walk down to the river for a swim, stroll the vineyards or just enjoy the various terraces.I could go on and on. Book your stay for at least a couple of nights and just relax! There's no AC, but you won't need it. wifi is spotty so turn off your device. If you really need it you can get online easily. Enjoy Fernando's creation! Oh, breakfast is fabulous with juices and condiments made from the produce grown on the property."

"This place is above snd beyond you can imagine. Very special . You feel, relax and welcome . Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Spa hot tub .. private , vineries very beautiful. The owner is sooo nice . Breakfast is unique.. home made and delivered to you every morning… wowwwww"
