"The property was beautiful and the rooms were large and spacious. The jacuzzi was perfect for a cold night and we really liked they had a steam room and a sauna. Staff was super helpful and Michael from Miami went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with all concerns. Very professional. I can’t wait to come back for another stay."

"This place was even better in person. So nice! Spotless and beautiful. The towels were soft, the toilet paper was soft, the bedding was soft. The hot tub was just what the dr ordered. And the floor in the bathroom was heated. 10 out of 10 will stay here again and again. Also, all the places to eat within a few minutes of walking distance made it so easy to stay in for the night. "We did not stay long enough to use the amenities so I can’t speak to those. Our room seemed clean but I feel housekeeping didn’t look around enough as I found wrappers on the bathroom floor and water a bottle cap by the side of the bed, the room seemed clean otherwise. Had to pay for parking or use valet for free, I was not aware of the parking charge until check in. Underground parking all around the property was nice"
