I particularly liked that we could park right outside the room and that there were no curbs to navigate. “The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. “After a very nice welcome by staff at check-in things started going downhill. I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather. We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak……
