“Room is a good size and very clean. Staff was nice but there was little interaction unless you ask something. We came in on a rainy day and the hotel offered to assist with our luggage from the parking lot they partner with. We ended up being dropped off by our private driver right by the Library. “I was super excited to stay here, and at first, the experience was great. The dome was well-equipped, clean, and nicely presented, and the views were absolutely beautiful. However, toward the end of our stay, there was a miscommunication due to a new staff member providing incorrect information. I was also surprised to be charged for towels because of a very minimal lipstick stain. I’ve stayed at many places and have never been charged for something like that before. One thing to keep in mind……

“The location of property is unbelievable beautiful I do recommend the place and the rooms are extremely clean and magical. You do have to walk down to the rooms and for food no problem they help you get everything there lunch breakfast dinner drinks or any needs. Always go if I want to get away from It all.”

“The room was clean, however the floor needs to be upgraded. Staff were just okay. The AC is pretty good. The place is decent for the price. The area is close to the “Centro Historico” and a lot restaurants. That’s a plus.”

“Overall, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, they did warn me ahead of time, but there was heavy construction during our stay, so there was a lot of noise early on. However, the staff and the food were fantastic. The infinity pool overlooking the waves of the Pacific Ocean was also beautiful. Highly recommend this place.”
